Football Team
Match report 17/11

“On Saturday 17 November 2012, the School Football Team played with great determination and a never say die attitude. Liam was outstanding as the Team Captain, leading by example. Erin scored a great team goal and everyone listened to the coaches and applied their learning as the game progressed. The team on the park included five P5, two P6 and four P7 children. They all worked hard for each other and positively represented St Angela’s Primary School.
Every game the school team plays they are up against the odds as they face teams predominantly made up of P7 and P6 players but it is great credit to their characters that these odds do not faze them.
The coaching team are grateful to those parents who support the team and their children by attending match days and providing invaluable transport and encouragement.
The ‘Coaching Team’ made up of parents encourage other parents to get involved either through fundraising, assisting at training and/or match days. The coaches have valid PVG certificates.
Please get in touch via the school to support the School Football Team.”
